They also have a meat station which serves from chicken to finest steak such as Sirloin, you can request for as much meat as you like and it will be sliced in proportion to you on the spot. Sometimes, great service can make your food tastes better as well!

A special mention goes out to their bread & butter pudding, as I feel this is one of the must try desserts in the restaurant, every ingredient used in the dish compliments each other very well. The buttery creaminess mixed with the pudding, it will definitely leave you wanting for more!
Overall, Carousel has won many awards such as Singapore's Top Restaurant 2014 and Asia One People's Choice Best Buffet Restaurant 2013, and while the food quality in the restaurant is important, the service that this restaurant provides its customers with is truly one of its kind.
